After looking at all the bits-&-pieces to HG Toys BUCK ROGERS in The 25th Century Galactic Play Set, we get to see what everything looks like all set up in one place. The foamcore board used for this setup measures 30in (76.2cm) x 40in (101.6cm), so it's fairly big. Even so, there's so many pieces crammed into the space that one properly needs a much larger play surface to do it all justice. That said, after looking at my photos, I can see where and how portions of the set can be displayed and photographed in a more cohesive manner. I really need a board painted in a similar caramel color to match the ground coloring of the cardboard graphics. As the landing strip cardboard graphic is an extra, perhaps mounting it permanently to a stiffer backing would help as well. Also, I think displaying the cardboard mountain backdrops in a straight line, vs. a semi-circular shape, would be of more benefit. The edges of those mountains are white and need to be darkened with a Sharpie.
With all the other projects I have going on I can't say when I'll put all these ideas into action, but it's something for me to plan for.
