Marx Battleground and Training Center Playset Pieces - Repo Marx Exploding Ruins HP Redux - ANOTHER Variation

I latched on to yet another repo exploding ruins building. That makes three different color variations for the repos that I'm aware of. The original came in a marbled caramel brown color. According to Kent Owen Sprecher's Toy Soldier HQ website, apparently a green version was made some years back (I do not have the green variant). Later, a gray version and a caramel brown version (no marbling) would be offered. 

I posted the gray version back on 16 June and today we'll look at the caramel brown repo which I like because of its close resemblance to the original.
