Until 1964 when these guys came out, Marx either didn't include their hallmark on the castings, or it was hit-&-miss. In this series, all of the figures with bases have hallmarks.
I've said it before, but I never got too hot-&-heavy into collecting Marx's boxed sets (although I do have a few). I did have a boxed Training Center set which I posted some weeks back, but unfortunately I do not yet have a box for any of the original Marx Battleground sets. Sooo, until I can come up with a box, we'll just be lookin' at all the bits-&-pieces that came inside of 'em.
