Marx 54mm Series 2 Medical Group GI's - Pt 7 Pose 6

I still haven't figured out if this guy is in a hurry to supply ammo, or if he's got a medical kit. As this series features a lot of wounded, I'm leaning towards him rushing a medical kit to a medic or a wounded comrade.
