Here's another MPC stand-alone post, that is, at the moment I have no playset associated with this particular toy. It's a great addition to the other tents that came with MPC playsets but it's a tad pricey on today's market. Fortunately, quality repos are available for a reasonable price. Several of these can be placed together to form a M.A.S.H. compound. While MPC didn't make medic figures to go with this Tim-Mee did. Tim-Mee's was a nice set with patient, stretcher, stretcher bearers, nurse holding I.V. bottle and even a little dog! The tent is a gray hard plastic base and poles and hard plastic OD top and measures 5 5/8" (14.28cm) W x 6 1/2" (16.51cm) D (including stairs) x 4 1/4" (10.79cm) H to top of tent, not to top of flag. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina
My sample is missing one HP pole.
The stretcher fits onto one of the pegs on the floor while the cot fits into raised slots on the floor
There are two basic stretcher designs in MPC sets. The shorter blue one to the right is the more common of the two.
It almost makes a better 'tent' without the 'hooch'!

All of MPC's tents were open on all sides which makes them easily accessible - Unlike Marx, Tim-Mee and others which I've covered on the blog. I do like how they designed this to look like a First Aid tent even with the wooden platform and stairs cuz there's plenty of general purpose tents out there. As anyone who's ever deployed IRL can attest to, tents come in all flavors and I've seen them on bare ground, concrete slabs, and with fancy built up wooden floors with partitioned interiors.
