TRAIN TIME: USPS Trains & Locomotives Post Card Series 1999 - Card 16

The Camden and Amboy's John Bull now holds two distinctions. Originally built in England but operated over here, it was the first engine to be fitted with a "cowcatcher" designed to push obstructions off of the track, and it became the world's oldest operable steam engine when the Smithsonian operated it in 1981.
