Marx Blue Bird Garage

If this looks familiar it should - Marx used the same stampings for this Blue Bird Garage as it did for the Union Station. The Union Station's were more common though and these garages don't become available too often in good condition. Enjoy! Opa Fritz

Marx #1430 Union Station v2

I posted a version of this Pre-War Marx #1430 Union Station back in Nov 2010 shortly after starting th blog. I'm just now getting around to posting a couple more versions! Not like I'm slow or anything but, oh hell, yeah I'm slow hahahahaha

I'm calling this version 2 for no other reason than to differentiate it from the other color schemes and variations I have. The station measures 12" (30.48cm) W x 6 1/2" (16.51cm) D x 2 3/4" (6.98cm) H. This particular station has a departure board sticking out from the front wall over the doorway. Other variants leave this out. Enjoy and Stay Safe!
