Here's the next four pages of a nifty Life-Like booklet from the 1950s that I found among my stuff a few weeks ago. The booklet describes scenicking a basic 4' (1m 21.9cm) x 8' (2m 43.8cm) HO scale layout. Here in the States many layouts are based on a 4'x8' standard size sheet of plywood. This size sheet is used for everything from Z scale on up to LGB (although it's a tight fit for a 4'x8') and the scenery techniques are usable across all scales and gauges. Enjoy!
