Here's the last of our little U.S. Metal Toy buildings; the P.S. 23 School Coin Bank. I know of at least five of these small buildings that U.S. Metal Toy put out but I only have four of them. While each one came as either a coin bank or a lollipop holder I don't have an example of all of them and probably never will. What I have is just fine thank you. They are comparable in size to the small cardboard putz houses imported from Japan during the 1950s and if one doesn't mind mingling cardboard buildings with tin-litho, then these are a great asset for the the putz enthusiast.
