Triang SpaceX Supply Force 'Mercury'

These were some of my earliest photos for this project, taken back in 2012! Yup, it's taken me this long to get the ball rolling and even after all these years I still don't have a complete collection. Oh well, c'est le vie! This Supply Force Mercury space ship is a nice little number and has as it's operating feature four 'ejecting capsules' which fire out of the spring loaded nacelles at the tips of each wing. I would have thought them to be missiles or torpedoes but apparently being a supply guy in outer space is dangerous work and they require escape capsules. OR perhaps they're the equivalent of shuttles or delivery pods. Hey - a 21st century space-based Amazon delivery truck! LOL Aw heck, if you get one of these it'll be your toy to do with as you please so have fun and use your imagination! The design origins for this can be found here on the SpaceX Central website. The ship measures 4" (10.16cm) L x 2 3/8" (6.03cm) wingspan x 1" (2.54cm) H. Enjoy! Opa Fritz
