Marx #4672 'The Flintstones' Playset (1961) - Odds n' Ends - Extra Super Market - Medium and Dark Gray

These last two of my extra Super Markets are in a marbled medium gray and dark gray. One can easily discern the shades of really darker grays as well as browns mixed in with the base color.

I have two extra light gray Super Markets, both of which are nearly identical with the main difference being one has a tad bit more marbling than the other.

Marx #4672 'The Flintstones' Playset (1961) - Pt 7 Super Market

A gas station, a building that can be anything you want it to be, and a super market. Marx populated their Town of Bedrock with just the right buildings for hours of fun. The Super Market came with just one shopping cart that is often found with broken legs. The building measures 5.25" (13,33cm) W x 4.5" (11,43cm) D x 3"H to top of roof or 5.125" (13,01cm) H to top of sign.

From my 2011 setup. You may notice the blue shopping cart. That was from the '90s era ReMarx (New Marx, Marx of Miami) Ruby Edition Flintstones playset. The original Marx set had either a light green or medium green cart.

Shopping cart colors
