Flintstones Coin Operated Kiddie Ride

Here's an innerestin' addition to our not-so-regular Flintstones postings. Took a trip to the Historic District of Boulder City, NV yesterday and spotted this coin operated Flitstones Flivver outside an antique store. It didn't have a price on it and as I'm not in the market for one of these  I didn't bother to ask - also the grand baby was with us and she started to have a toddler moment (aka tantrum) when told she couldn't play on it anymore after about 10+ minutes playing and she started edging closer to wanting to run in the street. The ride is not actually connected to power and the coin box is blocked off with a metal frame attached by a lock so all kids can do is crawl up into it and play make-believe. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina

Our little Schatzie and Bettina

I use the term 'little' loosely now in referring to Melody and it mostly refers to her age - the girl is big! At three years old she's already wearing clothes for 6yr olds. She's as tall and as heavy as any 6 year old and let me tell you, when she wants Opa Fritz to pick her up and carry her it is becoming more and more of a challenge! hahahahahaha

    1. Many Thanx Woodsy! I'll tell melody the UK says "Hi" (and she'll go, "huh?" LOL If I could afford this ride and IF I had to put it somewhere I'd love to get it. Oh, and it's probably heavy as all get-up-and-go too. Think I'll just enjoy the photos.
