The Barnum & Bailey Circus 'Our Country' Wagon is a reproduction. There's no history to this wagon per se. The Circus World Museum has/had several reproductions in their collection. This generally happens when the original is badly deteriorated that it can no longer be restored. Artisan's take their measurements from the surviving pieces and try to build a faithful replica, while other times they build something totally fanciful. I haven't found any photos or other resources regarding this particular wagon yet ,so can't say if it was based on a real one or not. Should I find anything it'll be re-posted. Enjoy! Opa Fritz
