I've got a couple of loose ends to post regarding the Schleich 2025 Harry Potter Advent calendar. First, back on December 2nd I said how I was a bit afraid to try and fit Hedwig onto Harry for fear of breaking the owl's talons (and believe me, if I'm good at anything in this world, it's breaking things!!). Welll, I had second thoughts and decided to go for it. Based on photos I'd seen on the Internet, Hedwig stands way forward on Harry's right arm. Harry's robe makes it too thick to place Hedwig anywhere else. Hedwig does fit on the arm tight enough so that he won't fall off, however that changes the center of balance for the figure and at times it can be a bit tricky to have Harry stand up without falling over.
So here goes folks - Harry & Hedwig.
