I have a couple of extra (NFS!) neighbor's houses - the one I ended up referring to as the 'lake cottage'. Today's example is a nice marbled caramel brown and the photos show it with the blue repo antenna from the '90s era 'Ruby Edition' playset. Also, Marx only included two mailboxes: one for Fred's house and one for Barney's, so if you want a mailbox for your extra house - as shown here - you'll need to buy extras from fleaBay.
