Toys and Stuff is proud to present yet another vintage booklet, the Popular Science No.15 "How to make Common Repairs for Electric Trains". For several weeks we posted the Life-Like guide to landscaping dating from the late 1950s. That guide had been found in a box with a toy that dated from the period and along with it was this Popular Science booklet. As this is #15 it isn't too unreasonable to assume there were others BUT just how many booklets were in this series and what subjects did they cover? - that is the riddle! This 'How To' guide focuses on Lionel trains, the pre-eminent toy train company of the '50s. The pages have yellowed with time but I hope you like the content of this vintage work which is only twelve pages long and which we'll cover over in 3 installments. Enjoy!
