Well, that turned out a bit easier than expected. The cardboard bridge and trestle set I posted yesterday has been identified as: American Flyer #748, Girder, Trestle and Tower Bridge, an uncataloged set from 1958 and considered rare. I knew the set was missing at least one trestle bent but apparently there was another smaller plate girder bridge that would have run underneath the main span. Enjoy! Opa Fritz
