The Marx landing craft was a nice looking toy, but was actually pretty useless. It was small and could only hold the tiny raft, or Jeep, or the field gun - but not both at the same time. Marx's tank and halftrack were too big to fit in it. You also couldn't fit many soldiers in it. As well, in order to accommodate the wheels underneath, they added a huge hump on the bottom of the hull making it totally impossible to 'drive' the little Jeep off! Fortunately, my sample has an intact gun and loading ramp - both of which tend to go missing.
