These 54mm figures were part of the Marx line of playsets from 1964 which saw them enter service in 'American Patrol', 'Desert Fox', and 'Battle of Iwo Jima' sets. These have been dubbed by collector's as the 'Medical Group' because there are four wounded, a stretcher team, and a GI carrying one of the wounded. The complete set contains fifteen figures in fourteen poses (as there are two identical stretcher bearers) plus the stretcher. Unfortunately, I don't have scans of the catalog available.
