UAP On A Recon Over The Earth

Ideal Wagons in Dodge City

If you have the Ideal Dodge City set, here's a chance to see what the three different Ideal wagons look like when paired with the streetfront. These were all sized to the 40mm-45mm range and are smaller than let's say, Marx or MPC. Unfortunately Ideal only made a small number of figures in limited poses to match so you'd either have to search out other brands for 45mm figures or just say to heck with it and pull out your Marx 54mm figures and play. Ideal Dodge City Playset Redux

While I was out on the patio playing with Fort Shambles, the Ideal Playset featured a week or so ago found itself in front of the camera as well. I like these pics more than the original ones set against the plain  white background. Enjoy! Opa Fritz

Cavalry Outpost Fort Shambles Attack

Ten days ago I posted a job lot of Western toys I got off of fleaBay. It consisted of a fort in very used condition - which I call 'Fort Shambles' - and a bunch of 60mm Cowboys and Indians by Gulliver (recasts of Atlantic figures). Back then I said that as soon as better photos were taken they'd be posted here, so I took out my scenicked board and backdrop and had a little fun the other day. The board isn't very large, so big expansive shots aren't possible, but it's still fun to mess with. In addition to the toys in the job lot, I added a Wal-Mart covered wagon, and the figures from my Ideal 'Dodge City' playset to add a bit more oomph to the affair. Hope you enjoy this little play time readers! Opa Fritz

Jada #31706 1/32 Scale Diecast Justice League Batmobile & Batman (2020) - Last of My Target Buys

Clunky, chunky, angular, and sort of steam punk-ish (except without all the rivets). An interesting design that, along with the 'Batman Begins' Tumbler, took the Batmobile out of its sleek, slick aerodynamic comfort zone. Looks like something one of the shade tree mechanics here in Da Hood would have cobbled together in their back yard junk yard. It measures 5" (12.7cm) L x 2 3/4" (6.98cm) W x 1 1/2" (3.81cm) H. Enjoy! Opa Fritz
