The Room of Requirements set is a nice build that doesn't cost an arm-&-a-leg, but once completed it's pretty cramped. The Fiendfyre cannot be displayed within it properly (although it can be broken apart and displayed segmented) and there's no room for the figures to be duking it out within it's walls. Splaying it out though requires a bit of work. Here's how it goes:

When you remove the top floor components in order to build the Grey Lady's room, you're left with the bottom floor.
The 'bridge' piece just below the top level needs to pulled off
With that 'bridge' pulled off, you're free to open up the walls.
With the walls splayed out, the Room provides for a larger display area for the figures and Fiendfyre. However, you've also lost that whole top floor which has now been set aside as a separate display.
