Heinrich Haeberlein Lebkuchen Haus - Biscuit Tin

Normally when I buy these biscuit tins I have an eye out for whether or not they would look good on a tinplate layout.  This one is different because this was actually a souvenir of Germany and made by the firm of Heinrich Haeberlein.  Over there they sell these large, beautifully executed tin boxes full of German ginger cookies (Lebkuchen).  Often times there are a couple of smaller tin boxes nested within the large box and this is an example of one of those smaller tins.  The fact that it just looks cool alongside other Euro style tin houses is a bonus.  Hope you enjoy!
