This is the last installment of the Flintstones 'flats' Post Cereal premiums offered from 1987 to 1992. Unfortunately I don't know what kind of dino this is. Post had already done a Brontosaurus (aka Allosaurus) earlier in 1990 so this little fella would probably be something else, but what? I simply don't have the reference materials to verify what it is.
There's a couple of footnotes that should be added here. First, even though many of the dinosaurs in this series appear to be generic, they are definitely part of the Flintstones line as each one has the following cast into the body: 'HBP, Inc' or Hanna-Barbera Productions, Inc', the copyright owners to the Flintstones name. All licensed Flintstones toys will have some form of 'HBP, Inc', or 'Hanna-Barbera Productions, Inc.', somewhere on the toy or packaging. Secondly, the dates I provided for each post are based on the copyright dates molded onto each figures' body. Generally speaking, the copyright dates appearing on toys or their packaging are often times one year prior to their release or sale date so, for example, our featured toy today while marked 1992 probably didn't appear inside a cereal box until 1993.
