Sometimes you have to wonder how the toy designers come up with their ides. It must be tough, especially for any of the companies making toys for Ferrero's Kinder Surprise Eggs. I mean, they have to constantly come up with a new series, generally consisting of 8-12 separate toys. Some are one-piece castings, but many require assembly. Many are standard fare like cars, trucks, trains, and planes and many are fantasy like these Tecnature figures. It appears as if there may be some kind of story backline to these but as I've only got two out the eight instructions sheets it's hard to say. In any case they're neat little figures that might come in handy for future photo stories. They're all made with Lego style ringhands but they don't all come equipped with separate accessories
We'll feature two figures a day for four days. Today we're going to feature Chaka Jun and Cyberia. Enjoy Fritz and Bettina Berg :)
Chaka Jun
Reminiscent of a Ninja, Chaka Jun has a removable head dress and carries a small shield and what could pass as a Bo (staff)
Cyberia
This is, in my opinion, one of the neatest figures in the set with its nickel plating and translucent shield. The instructions state, "Ein echtes Virtualgirl!" or "A real virtual girl". So that implies it's a female and that perhaps these figures are part of a virtual reality world storyline. The nicely done shield is printed with a faux circuit on it and is removable.
