Marx Canada Pressed Metal 'DC-3'

From our friend in Finland comes this DC-3 (which is not a DC-3 - see my post 26 Apr 2017). The original owner of this toy traveled to Finland from Canada in 1948 at the age of 5 and probably bought the plane with him. The Star-&-Bar decals are of post-war provenance and according to our Finnish reader, the 'Marx' logo is barely perceptible but still there to see if one looks closely. So for those of you who like to see as many variations of these toys as possible here you have another. He notes that the plane has wooden tires and that the front tire is flat. My toy also has a flat front tire!? I wonder if that's common to these? Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina
