This month's dragon - in celebration of the Year of The Dragon - is from the Summit Collection of Arcadia, California. Unfortunately I can't find the box so am not sure of the statue's name. Cast into the bottom rear of the base is 'Copyright 99 Veronese'. Without much else to go on I believe the artists' name is Gabriella Veronese but darned if I could find anything else about her! The sculpt depicts a beautiful fiery red dragon scaling a mountain upon which is a 'crystal ball' sitting on a protruding ledge and a tower, now handily dismantled by the beast. Enjoy!
