Close Call

It's one thing to see a cat lunge for a bird, but it's an entirely different story trying to capture a photo of it happening. The other day Bettina was by the patio door and spotted a neighbor's cat hanging out in our backyard waiting for birds to land on the wall. She grabbed her camera and as luck would have it managed to capture the cat as it makes its lunge toward the pigeon! This time the pigeon got away. I've actually seen cats in our backyard lunge for and get their prey but never had the camera handy to get pics. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina

We don't have trees in our backyard anymore. Our two remaining trees were deseased and had to be cut down last year, but that hasn't stopped Bettina from getting some nice photos occassionally. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina

Der Lustige Grackle! Ich war Spaet Nachmittag im Garten und sah Im Nachbars Garten einen Grackle im Baum und konnte ziemlich gute Fotos von ihm machen.Er hat sich viel bewegt aber es war mir gelungen und auch Gif's.Ich hoffe ihr habt viel Spass damit.Gruss von Familie Berg
