Ajax 80mm Space Figures and Space Sets - More Figures! Pt 8 (Final) Pose 6 - Silver HP

Up until now, all of my Ajax silver-ish spacemen were just that: silver-ish. They were a kind of silver/gray mix. Then I got this guy in a few days ago and he is - in spite of my color-blind camera's rendition - a nice bright silvery color.

This red example has a broken rifle - not an uncommon occurrence with these toys. Sooo, does that mean he's holding the equivalent of a sawed-off shotgun - a sawed-off ray gun!?
