21st Century #20006 54mm German Infantry Series 3 - Part 7 (Final) Pose 6

For our last pose from 21st Century's set #20006 German Infantry Series 3, we have another guy in a casual pose. Maybe he's manning a small checkpoint or on watch. Enjoy! Opa Fritz

21st Century #20006 54mm German Infantry Series 3 - Part 6 Pose 5

This guy appears to be a Fallschirmjäger or paratrooper (BTW, my father-in-law was a   Fallschirmjäger in Crete during WWII !!). However, I'm not entirely sure of what this pose was meant to convey. I'm guessing he has just landed and he's looking upwards while his left hand is holding the ropes of his chute - tangled in a tree perhaps? That's total guesswork. Enjoy! Opa Fritz

21st Century #20006 54mm German Infantry Series 3 - Part 5 Pose 4

It was common practice for many, many years for toy companies not to make many - if any - casualty figures. 21st Century was no exception, and while they had a smattering of casualties peppered throughout their line, it wasn't really that many. Newer companies offer more casualties, and some even have entire sets worth. Anywho, here's a nicely sculpted pose of an unfortunate infantryman who crossed paths with a bit of hot lead. Enjoy! 21st Century #20006 54mm German Infantry Series 3 - Part 4 Pose 3

Tis the season to be distracted. The grand baby woke up early and wanted to use the computer so my planned posts for yesterday are being done today. No biggie. Here's the third pose from 21st century's set #20006 German Infantry Series 3. Enjoy! Opa Fritz

I know it can be done, but firing a machine gun like it was a Luger - and hoping to hit your target - takes some muscle. An old friend of mine used to sell Mac 10 submachine guns and would tell stories of him giving demonstrations of it's 'light weight' by holding it at arms length and firing. However, my friend had huge muscles. Holding that Mac 10 like a pistol was a piece of cake for him.
