Airfix 54mm Set #9 51577 Space Warriors (1981) - Pt 8 Pose 7 FINAL Halt Who Goes There

We've come to the end of Airfix's action packed Space Warrior's set. This is definitely one of the better space themed figure sets out there, where nearly everyone but the big bad guy is doing something besides posing for the camera. Airfix 54mm Set #9 51577 Space Warriors (1981) - Pt 5 Pose 4 Charge of The Ray Gun Brigade

This guy is interesting in that it appears he's holding the hilt of a sword, but it's not a sword but rather a ray gun of some kind. If it weren't so expensive trying to amass a bunch of these sets, I can imagine a squad of these guys storming into battle. Enjoy! Opa Fritz

The Airfix Hero Girl absolutely kicks butt over the Tim-Mee version. It occurred to me the other day of how much Tim-Mee's version reminded me of those cute girls manning the various consoles on Gerry Anderson's "UFO" live action series. Not a lot of action there, but someone had to do it! The Airfix heroine was not a slacker - ray gun blaster in hand, she's givin' someone hell! No console manning for this gal! Enjoy! Opa Fritz
