We'll start our look at the individual toys in the series with Hamilton's Invaders Cave. This is really a cool piece in that it gives a home to the creepy crawlies that will end up causing mayhem and chaos. The cave is made from a fairly heavy cardboard and folds flat to fit in the packaging. Its dimensions are:
13" (33.02cm) W at bottom x 6" (15.24cm)W at top x 12" (30.48cm) H
Cave opening is 8.25" (20.95cm) W at bottom x 3.5" (8.89cm) W at top x 5.75" (14.60cm) H
When assembled, the cave is just big enough to fit Horrible Hamilton - the large bug.
Thats amazing Ed! Is that a new cave? It looks mint!
ReplyDeletehaha nooo Woodsy, it does have some wear and tear - maybe the photographs make it look better than it is. Fortunately though, the wear is minimal and it's in pretty decent shape.
DeleteWowee, the graphics on that cave really scream "The 60s!" I never, ever saw that before in my life - what an amazing concept Horrible Hamilton was! SF Ziggurat
ReplyDeleteIt is definitely a cool trip in the Wayback Machine Zigg! In a way, it reminds me of 'The Time Tunnel' - funky & psychedelic somehow.
