Tin-Litho USAF F-104 Starfighter Japan 'K'

Here's a nifty little tin-litho jet from the Japanese firm of 'K' (don't know the firm's name, but that's what's marked on the fuselage). It's an F-104 caricature, but like most of the F-104 toy clones it still retains the basic sleek, classic lines of the original. While mostly tin-litho, it does have a plastic vertical stabilizer and measures 7 1/2" (19.1cm) L x 4 3/8" (11.1cm) wingspan. It has an unusual type of friction motor in that it is actuated by a lever which sticks out of the starboard side. One pulls back on the lever,  and when released the plane takes off like a bat-out-of-hades! Enjoy! Bettina & Fritz Berg :)
