The last couple of teepee's posted here were what I believe to be HG Toys recasts (not knock-off's) of earlier Payton ones most likely using the original tooling. Todays teepee, is a knock-off in that it was altered to provide different ornamentation. Enjoy! Opa Fritz
The first photo shows an HG Toys teepee. Look at the top, just below where the poles would have come together. Notice the vertical striations.
Look at this repop: there is a squiggly, wave-like decoration that is actually kind of crude looking when viewed up-close and personal.
