TRAIN TIME: Menards #279-6970 M&Ms Track Inspection Set (2022) - Pt 2 R/C '56 Chevy COE

The granddaughter wanted me to start setting up the Christmas train layout - like right now! Oh good grief. But first the Halloween layout had to be dismantled. Anywho, as I started this Menards M&M's Track inspection set a few days ago, it would probably help if I continued it, so let's look at one of the two motorized units in this set. The set's main piece is based on their 1956 Chevy COE truck which Menard's sells as a separate piece without any motorization

The truck in this set is equipped with a simple remote control. One button for forward, the other for reverse. The LED lights are directional meaning the front lights turn on when going forward and the rear lights go on when going in reverse. The truck does not receive power from the track so this thing can run on any O-gauge track system. Enjoy! Opa Fritz
