The LOD sleigh and reindeers are very well done in this set. However, there is only one reindeer pose and the reins are a bear to place on the reindeers. The 'harness' does not fit snuggly and once the reins are bent out of shape, they tend to hold that position. Setting this up requires patience. The overall length is 16" (40.64cm) . I'll be posting separate photo essays for the reindeer and sleigh only in the next couple of days. Enjoy! Opa Fritz
