REMCO Hamilton's Invaders - Pt 17 The Toys: The Defenders Pose 1 RM1

Many years ago - in the '70's - Tom Terry of Plastic Figure and Playset Collector, put  out a guide to plastic figures such as Little Green Army men, aliens, spacemen, etc. It was a crude affair - silhouettes printed on letter-sized stationary - but it was a start. I have that guide somewhere out in The Cave and I wish I could say I consulted it when researching the Hamilton's Invaders line. Nope. Instead I turned to Kent Owen Sprecher's Toy Soldier HQ website who used Terry's guide for reference. Anyway, that was just to let you serious collector's know about an early attempt at cataloging toy soldiers, and one of these days I'll dig it out and blog it. Anywho, here's the first pose of my photo essays for REMCO's Hamilton's Invaders Defender Force. Enjoy! Opa Fritz

I totally forgot to include this photo in yesterday's post.
As you can see, REMCO took the entire series and made sets out of all the components
