Andy Gard 60mm Ringhand Figures - Pose 2

The remaining four Andy Gard figures are all ringhands and they all share the same '50s style haircut. There is one fatal flaw in each of them. While they are terrific sculpts, they tend to be too real! How's that again? Their hands are too natural, and a bit small. They really have a hard time actually holding any ringhand type accessories, regardless of who made the accessory. Take this guy for instance. He's definitely supposed to be holding something in that right hand, but the hand is normal sized and nearly closed - not at all ringhand-ish! It would be a natural to have him hold a rifle or BAR or something, but he just can't!

Now, look at his left hand. Nicely sculpted, natural looking, but it's not curved or cupped enough to efficiently hold gear of any type. That thumb is sticking too far out to be able to hold on to much of anything.

Because I couldn't get this guy to hold anything in his right hand, I slung a carbine over his shoulder - as if he's carrying a wounded comrades weapon. 

I went through every rifle and weapon I had before I found something he could hold in his left hand.
