Here's another one of those little pieces that came in Marx military playsets that I was able to latch on to recently: the large raft. Like several other accessories included in their military playsets, Marx made a small size and a large size. This larger raft was meant to hold two rowing figures - one for the left side and one for the right - neither of which I have - yet. Victory Buy Toys offers a set of repos which I will probably pick up because original rowing figures are HTF. The raft measures: 3.625" (9.20cm) L x 2" (5.08cm) W x .25" (0.635cm) H and is made of a firm soft plastic - not styrene like the exploding machine gun nest.
