I think there was a law somewhere that stated that all companies had to have marching Little Green Army Men. They were everywhere! As a general rule you could use them in a parade, or advancing along the side of the road as tanks rolled by in the middle, or even on sentry duty. They weren't 'action' figures per se, but could still be useful. I have these without bases or with the small base, but no large bases.
