BREWERIANA: Saudi Arabian Souvenir Etched Copper Tankard

I haven't done a BREWERIANA post for several months and there's still plenty of items to post. Today's offering is a souvenir tankard I bought while on temporary duty (TDY) to Riyadh back in '81. The Suq's in Riyadh had a wealth of awesome stuff to buy so it was a bit difficult to choose what I wanted to haul back in my luggage, but even back then, before I even knew what 'breweriana' meant, I was into collecting mugs, glasses, tankards, etc. Over the years I gave away a bunch of my stuff, but at some point during the '80s it started to gel as a somewhat cohesive collection and I kept everything I bought.

This tankard is approximately .25l - it's too small to be a .5l vessel, and I should have gotten a measuring cup and at least poured water in it to see what the volume was. Anywho, it's packed away at the moment and I can't easily get to it, so we'll stick with a '25l' designation,

The only discernible marking (upper center) besides the etching.
