This set was culled from Kent Owen Sprecher's Toy Soldier HQ website before the site crashed. I hadn't noticed it before, but when going through my photos it was apparent that two out of the three vehicles in this set were Payton! The truck and tank are Payton, but I'm not sure who originally made the Jeep.
