Okay, I'm going to say that this guy is not actively refueling an aircraft with the nozzle pointed up! Rather, we caught him as he was positioning the hose for the refuel. Or...
...maybe this isn't a refueling hose. Maybe he's at the wash rack hosing the plane down!
