Here's the last of my Bing stuff - at least until some more find their way into the collection. The Bing logo indicates this was made anywhere from 1908-1925. The piece measures 4 1/2" (11.43cm) W x 4 3/4" (12.06cm) D x 4 1/4" (10.79cm) H and my sample is missing one of the paddles on the water wheel but the lithography is in great shape overall. Also, there is a drive shaft in the rear of the house which probably held a now broken grooved pulley which would have accepted a long band powered perhaps by a small stationary steam engine (which was a popular kind of toy back in the day).
