In 2020 Menards started producing buildings that could accompany its growing line of M&M's products. Known for it's budget friendly (aka cheap) building construction methods, this warehouse was a departure. Instead of cardboard or poster board construction, this was a heavy cast resin material, but being a 'flat' meant to go against the backdrop of a layout, it didn't require much resin to produce. The warehouse came with the M&Ms sign already attached to the building but a sheet containing four additional signs were included with it Like most of Menards structures it had LED lights: one set illuminates the billboard, one set is under the dock awning, and blinking red lights on top of the building. It measures 15" (38.1cm) W x 10.5" (26.67cm) H 1 1/8" (2.85cm) D. Each of Menards lighted accessories requires a small transformer to operate. There is a 'pigtail' connector either on the side or underneath (and in some buildings both are provided) which plugs into the 4.5V transformer.
