Up until yesterday I had no idea who made this, but this time I waited to post this toy until I could get a response from the gang in the facebook (Meta) hobby groups. A good thing too because several responders all supplied the same answer. This Thor figure is apparently quite rare now but was part of series of Marvel superhero's made by Processed Plastic (Tim-Mee) called the "Activated Marvel Super Heroes Collection Set" which were available as carded sets of figures and accessories. They all had holes in their hands to accommodate the accessories or to slide down strings. In any case, when Processed Plastic lost the licensing from Marvel, the tooling was altered, which gave them a slightly different appearance. Thor here measures 3"/70mm high to the top of his head.
