The past few months has seen more than its share of bills and payments so collecting has been on a fairly restrictive budget. Fortunately, as a LEGO Harry Potter collector, there's a lot of low-priced options out there to choose from and I've been picking up random small sets and mini-figures. This nifty little set was billed as "Professor Lupin and Dementor", but I think it's safe to assume that it's not a true Dementor, but rather Boggart as seen in "Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban". There was no set number per se and I've noticed that a lot of these mini-figs don't have an item or set number and the official LEGO site wasn't much of a help.
