We're skipping around different subjects again. The next few posts will take us back to the Middle Ages again with Forces of Valor (FOV) 54mm figure sets. The last 'series' we covered was the Vikings, today we'll look at their "KNIGHTS of The 100 Years War", a series of wars actually which lasted from 1337-1453 as England and France pitted armies against each other for control of the French throne. By this time the Age of Vikings had ended and so these figures would not be totally appropriate in an England vs. The Viking Horde kind of setting. But between, Lido, Timpo, Marx, Britains, etc, they could be used for any Medieval battles you may want to stage.
This set includes two arches with separate quivers and arrow bundles. I find it odd that the reverse of the packaging is the same on all three sets and the same assortment number and product number is used for all three. Anywho, like othe FOV offerings the sculpting is excellent although the arrows do tend to be a bit thick-ish - but that's okay. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina
