You simply cannot have a beer stein or mug collection without having coasters. To that end I'll be posting my modest collection a wee bit at a time in alphabeticalized (LOL) order. Today leave us take a look at a couple of coasters from Amstel and Augsburger. Nearly all the coasters in the collection came from gaststätte we had visited, but I do remember buying a packet of coasters from the BX(?) - oh heck I don't remember now. Anywho - Enjoy! Opa Fritz
It must be noted that coasters come in three basic variety's:
-same design obverse and reverse
-different design on obverse and reverse
-design on obverse, blank reverse
Shape can be anything: round, oval, square, rectangle, etc.
