Carrying on the theme from yesterday's Gayla Int'l Pirates of The Caribbean post, here's the photo essay of three of the ten figures included in the set. Being originally Marx, these sculpts are of course detailed and animated and just plain fun! Let's look at the Captain, his first mate, and the lookout today! Enjoy! Opa Fritz
The Captain
The First Mate
This figure could also be used as the Captain, but just for the heck of it I'm gonna say he's the First Mate.
The Lookout
I think this is an excellent example of a Pirate just doing a regular job. He's not brandishing a pistol or cutlass. He's not fighting anyone. He's just standing there on lookout for...? As far as I can tell, Marx never made ships or even small rowboats to accompany their Pirate sculpts so you'll have to dig up a boat from somewhere else to pair with this guy.
