Space Art: My Other Dimension

Recently a really cool bit of space art caught my eye. It was 'Another Dimension' by Leo Morey from 1935. 

Looking at it I wondered if I could cobble together my own take on the theme and here's what I came up with. The moon shot was one of Bettina's photos that I altered to give it a different look. The spaceship used was Wyandotte's stamped steel Buck Rogers/Flash Gordon ship from the 1930's. I don't have any cigar-shaped spaceships in my collection, but the Wyandotte serves the purpose well enough. As a nod to Morey's 'Another Dimension' I call mine, 'My Other Dimension'. Enjoy! Opa Fritz
